  I ask this question because I myself am very afraid of downloading files on the Internet because I am afraid of various spam and viruses. What if I download with a virus. But sometimes I need it very much and this fear prevents me. Please help me.

  Don't be afraid to download. Of course you can download from the Internet and if you are still afraid.
